The Nova Group was founded in 1980 by designer/developer David Irwin . The firm's main office is located in Vail, Colorado . We are seasoned professionals, who have over 20 years of experience providing top notch professional building services. The firm consists of contracted and qualified experts who are committed to saving you time and money.

The Nova Group offers distinctive, contemporary, and innovative designs with references now available both nationally (in over 17 states) as well as internationally. Our designs can currently be located throughout upscale communities spanning from Vail, CO to Sydney , Australia .

Additionally, The Nova Group has developed a reputation for being a cost sensitive organization. While the end product should reflect who the client is, it should ultimately be balanced within the desired resources. Our projects have consistently been completed under the client's allotted budget. In the rare occurrence that the project is over budget, our maximum rate is 2 % above the initial cost breakdown.

Our clients span from designing customized architectural plans for the individual customer, to providing sophisticated designs to the licensed developer.
